Observation

0165 (3)(c): Preschool classroom has plastic storage bins in bathroom with broken pieces in several areas. 0165 (3)(g): Toddler classroom has flaking paint on walls and near floorline where wall and floor meet. Holes in Preschool bathroom walls from previous screws in wall. Staff R.B. reported to Licensor that a child had pulled on soap dispenser the morning of this visit, causing it to come off wall. Soap dispenser has been placed back onto as of 11/02/2023 based on photo that was sent to Licensor showing soap dispenser secured to bathroom wall. Dispute Description: The plastic storage bin, which had a minor crack at the bottom corner, has been removed and replaced with a small wooden shelf. The flaking paint in the toddler room has been fixed, and the wall has been wiped clean. The holes in the preschool room were caused by ongoing repairs and rearranging of shelves for safety reasons the previous day. The licensor came to inspect on the day the repairs were being made. Unfortunately, a child pulled the soap dispenser off the wall that morning. I explained the situation to the licensor and assured her that it would be fixed that day. I also informed her that the holes in the walls would be repaired once the wood chips were done.
